Precision in the µ-range is a prerequisite for market success for many engineering companies and standard parts manufacturers. CNC internal and external cylindrical grinding
CNC internal cylindrical grinding is used wherever perfect functional surfaces are required in components that, for example, have to provide a non-positive connection with a shaft or an axle. The HAKOS competencies include the finest grinding surfaces, twist-free grinding, oscillating grinding and plunge grinding.
CNC form grinding
As a special form of external cylindrical grinding, external cylindrical CNC form grinding is one of the high-performance grinding processes. Virtually any desired shape and surface can be ground to data.
Centerless grinding
When it comes to grinding long, thin workpieces or round components in large quantities, centerless external cylindrical grinding, also known as centerless grinding, is used. Short cycle times, high dimensional accuracy and low distortion are the major advantages here.
CNC turning
Das CNC-Drehen ist bei HAKOS als Kerntechnologie seit Jahrzehnten fest verankert, um höchste Präzision bei Einzelteilen und Kleinserien zu fertigen. Dabei sind den eingesetzten Werkstoffen praktisch keine Grenzen gesetzt. Der Maschinenpark für das CNC-Drehen wird kontinuierlich den neusten Entwicklungen am Markt angepasst – so ist HAKOS in der Lage, prozesssicher und in höchster Präzision zu fertigen. CNC-milling
CNC milling is also one of the manufacturing processes at HAKOS that has always been used. The latest 5-axis machines characterize the production of HAKOS paired with great experience and perfectly trained employees. Like CNC turning, CNC milling also complements the machining processes at HAKOS as essential production elements.
